Last update on 17th of December 2024

This privacy policy describes how “Trackitly.com” collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide us when using our Chrome extension and website.

“Trackitly.com” is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Information We Collect

We collect the following data:

  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Business information
  • Data related to the use of the Chrome extension, such as the number of conversations conducted via Facebook and Instagram.
  • Credit card information is collected and processed by Stripe and is not covered under this privacy policy.

How We Use The Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Provide you access to the features of our Chrome extension and dashboard (website).
  • Improve and tailor our services to your needs.

Information Accessibility and Sharing

The data captured by the Chrome extension can be accessed by your coach / admin but is not visible to other setters within the same team. We ensure that there are measures in place to protect the confidentiality and integrity of data. We do not share your personal information with third parties.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Strato servers. We take appropriate security measures to ensure that your data is protected against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

User Rights

As a user, you have several rights concerning your personal data:

  1. Right of access and confirmation: You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and information about how it is being processed.
  2. Right to rectification: You have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
  3. Right to erasure: You have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you when:
    • The personal data is no longer necessary concerning the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
    • You withdraw consent and there is no other legal ground for the processing.
    • The personal data has been unlawfully processed.
    • The personal data has to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in European Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject.

Data Retention and Deletion

User-Controlled Deletion

As a user of our extension, you have control over your data. If you are a coach or admin, you have the option to delete your account at any time through the account settings. By deleting your account, all data associated with your account, including any data about your activity, messages, and account settings, will be permanently deleted.

If you are a setter, you can also delete your own account. When a setter deletes their account, all personal data associated with that account is permanently deleted.

Admin-Controlled Deletion

In instances where a coach or admin decides to delete their account, it is important to note that all associated data will be deleted. This includes not only the data of the coach/admin but also all data related to the setters under that account. The deletion is irreversible, and it is important for the coach/admin to understand the consequence that it will also result in the deletion of data for all setters in their team.

We recommend that coaches/admins communicate with their setters and ensure that they understand the implications before proceeding with the account deletion.

Data Retention Period

Data is retained for as long as your account is active. Once an account is deleted, as described above, the data is permanently removed from our servers.

Your Rights

You have the right to be informed about how your data is being used, and to have access to your data. You can request a copy of your data at any time, and you have the right to rectify or update any information that is incorrect or incomplete. Additionally, you have the right to erase your personal data, restrict processing, object to processing, and where applicable, the right to data portability.

For any inquiries or requests regarding your data, please contact us at [contact email].

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page.
